I want to thank everyone for attending this year’s Christmas Party last night at the Lodge. We had over 106 people attend, making it one of our largest gatherings.
I especially would like to thank Ben Gervais and his wife Debbie for spearheading this event. I would also be remiss if I did not thank Brad Cook, Jim Cook, and Dean Paulcheck for their preparations and support of Ben in getting things ready. The Eastern Star did a phenomenal job decorating the lodge and assisting us with getting everything together for the crowd.
After a wonderful meal, the kids enjoyed a visit and gifts from Santa and a few holiday movies in the lodge room while the adults enjoyed our annual white elephant gift exchange.
Our guests supported two great local charities: the Montgomery County Food Bank and Children’s Safe Harbor. We will be distributing the collected food and toys later this week.
Please enjoy the pictures below… Additional pictures will be uploaded shortly…
We want to wish each of you a very Merry Christmas and Safe and Happy New Year!
The Lodge Party will be held on December 15th from 6:00PM to 10:00PM.
It is open to all brothers and their families as well as our appendant bodies (Eastern Star, Rainbow Girls, and York Rite). We are also welcoming those interested in learning more about masonry.
Please RSVP here to let us know the number of people attending and sign up for the meal items that you would like to bring.
Our kids will have an opportunity to discuss their wish lists with Santa while getting their pictures taken.
In addition to our meal, we will be having our annual white elephant celebration. Please bring a wrapped gift not to exceed $20 ish…
We are also asking for your support of two local charities this year:
- In memory of Lee and Norman Sloan, we are asking each member, and their guests, to bring at least one item for the Montgomery County Food Bank.
- In continued support of Children’s Safe Harbor, we are asking for unwrapped toys for children ages 4-12.
Please add comments below with any questions or concerns.
I look forward to celebrating the season with you and your family.
